About The Artist

Artist and sculptor, Mrinalini gives new expression to joie de vivre as she pursues creative freedom in the world of art through her exploration of vibrant colors in relationship with floral themes and abstract spaces. She is naturally gifted with the special qualities of dynamism and unlimited self expression that are the hallmarks of her diverse and multi-dimensional country, India.

Flowers have always inspired and brought joy to mankind throughout history. For Mrinalini, whose name means ‘lotus’ in Sanskrit, the connection with flowers seems to have been predetermined by destiny. She finds inspiration in any and everything and believes that creative expression is limitless and empowering.

She discovered her passion for art at an early age. Her travels with her husband, have taken her across the world from Europe to the Americas and Asia, broadening her artistic concepts and universalizing her identity.

Since 1992, apart from her country India, Mrinalini has participated in solo and group exhibitions, in Switzerland, Colombia, Indonesia and Japan.
