if….we just allow ourself to change our story the way we want it to be, then i know the story does change!
i believe the “fake it till you make it” formula works!
all we need to do is change the story in our head!

2012 is finally here!
a lot has been said for this year and i’ll not go into any of that. we all create our own reality through our vision and perception of how we choose to see and believe anything.
i’m keeping things simple…no matter what’s in store for each one of us we have a choice in how we experience our reality.
if there’s one word that spells out the energy of this year for me then it’s ‘joy’. i wish myself and anyone reading this a year of joy in every moment!
the energy of ‘joy’ is empowering, healing and from a higher self. it shifts ones perspective to find grace in every experience and circumstance.
so, let’s be in – joy.
