there’s magic in the feeling of gratitude.
there’s so much we tend to take for granted, yet if we just stop for a brief moment and become aware of what all we can be grateful for the list is endless.
the air we breathe,
the food we eat,
the bed we sleep in…
the chair we sit on,
the water we drink, the birds, the bees, the trees, the flowers, the fruit, the pen and pencil, the phone, the laptop, the slippers, the shower, the spoon, the scissors, the paper, the car…..the sun that shines, the falling rain, the cool breeze on my cheek, the soft moonlight , the stars….the people in my life, past and present….
i could go on and on. there’s so much abundance of what we can be grateful for.
two simple magical words……’thank you’ are life changing and life empowering.
sometimes it feels that there’s a lot going on in the world around us and it’s not what we want.
q: so what can we do about it?
ans: focus and pay attention and give energy to ONLY what you do want, just picture, imagine and feel what you do want in your life.
you can be what you want even if that seems impossible.
dream it and create it!
love what you want and make it happen.
