friday 13 th

what a lucky, wonderful, beautiful day!
there’s no end to being superstitious or prejudiced as we have seen in our societies.
we have a choice to look at anything or anyone the way we want to.
the meaning or importance we give to anything also is a figment of our own creation.
there’s always the option to make anything an instrument of positive change or occurrence.
the more thought or energy you give to anything the more it grows.
so be aware that you are the one giving life to your so called reality. make this friday the 13 th another empowering happy positive day!

duality

we live in a world of contrasts and duality.
i really don’t feel that it has to be so .
i feel human beings have lived long enough in this business of ‘duality’ to learn their lessons by now and can move on to another level of consciousness.
we can find positive perspectives to lighten our dark days, but there do not have to be any dark days any more, if we could live from our heart consciousness.
i may be that dreamer – i am, so what!
who’s to say that it can’t be that way?
who made these rules?
who made all the limitations?
who stopped us from remembering who we really are?
who curbed our infinite expanded nature?
who told us that we have to fit in?
who?
it was one of us.
so – one of us along with other like minded souls will remind us of who we really are. you and i have it within our consciousness to recognize our deservedness as we are and allow and stop our resistance.
there’s no need to cut ourselves short.
there’s no need to live in contrasts and it’s not going to be boring.
our infinite natural state is one of ‘happy’ beings and there’s a way to live in a state of eternal happiness no matter what!

ingenuity

we are all born with some kind of creative talent.
some of us may be aware of what it is and some remain oblivious through out their lves.
we are in truth creators of our own reality. that factor alone makes us creative beings.  some of us can hone our innate skills and feelings as we become aware or and can say they ‘can’ and some go through life saying they ‘can’t'!
depends on us - how we choose to live our life. as empowered creative persons or helpless so called victims of circumstances and events?
the answer may lie in one’s view of how we see ourselves and the world around us and the whole bigger ‘idea’.
life is your canvas, you are an artist and you have the tools and brushes to paint your imagination and view as you wish. you are blessed with talent and ingenuity so choose the colors and paint your vision as you wish.
you are the master, artist and creator and writer of your own story.

winston

out of body but not out of our hearts. his spirit lives on…..
‘winston’ was our  beloved pooch….a member of our family whom we loved dearly and who shaped, marked and unified all of us forever.
if ever i need to soften my heart and feelings i simply turn my thoughts to ‘win’ and feel his empowering and loving presence by my side and remember his devoted and steadfast unfailing nature.
it’s remarkable how after all these years we can still remember the funny incidents and be driven to tears of distraction, laughter and emotion that feels so good.  i write in celebration of that li’l feisty spirit that inspired and moved all of us not only while he was alive but continues to spark our lives long after he’s gone.
in rememberance and gratitude of a spirit that is eternal and remains an ever present gift and blessing in our life.

we are the attractors and creators of every experience and circumstance in our life – simply by what we think, ponder, reflect, wonder, observe, remember, consider and imagine.

flowers

new script

i come here to this space where I can express what comes to me from my heart. i write part of my script – my ongoing story. i have no idea what turn this story will take or where it’s going. i’m only aware of what i’m feeling in the moment. and whatever i’m feeling n the moment is all that matters. i know i have the power to say it like i want, i am the writer, editor and creator of this current script. every day brings a new script, a new passage, a new process of growth.
i am my own wisdom keeper….
and mother earth is my inspiration, spirit guide and teacher.

natures energy

mother earth has all we ever need to recharge our energy or battery.
flowers, plants, rivers, trees, wind and all that we feel and see in nature are abundant in infinite energy.
human beings are mostly simply fighting to take charge and control each others energy and all else and the constant give and take is a battery relinquisher/zapper not a charger!
so catch a sunrise or sunset, step out into the open, your garden or whatever and energize.

reality or illusion?

our thoughts have the power to shape our lives and our feelings and our feelings are the indicators of what we are thinking and if it’s good and in harmony with our true self.
thoughts lead to how we feel….
our feelings emit the vibrations….
out into the Universe…..
and these vibrations create and attract similar vibrations like a magnet
…..and create our so called reality.
we are the co-creators of our lives. there are no victims here, no one else to blame and everything we are living and feeling is an outcome of our thoughts, feelings and vibrations.
this brings us to reality or illusion?
will leave this for another day…..have a wonderful one!

eternal beings

there’s been something else on my mind that I reflect on – often.
dying.
if we all accept the cycle of life and the circle of continuity, then death is just another aspect of our growth and expansion as eternal beings. our bodies are really just a form that our souls have inhabited to experience our desires and manifest our self on earth. once our purpose is done then the body returns to it’s origin as earthelements and the soul which is part and parcel of ‘source consciousness’ joins up as part of eternal source and consciousness in the non physical realm.
there’s growth and expansion going on – nothing is really finished and dead in any sense….so why then this misery, pain and sadness that surrounds the act of dying?
here again a collective change in perspective is required to grow out of our general mind set regarding this inevitable ‘event’ of all of our lives.
death is a culmination and stepping over on to our next page and chapter in our ongoing journey.  come to think of it, in a sense we die to so many things and events every day.
life is not simply about dying, it’s more about growth and expansion along with the relationships and experiences we set forth in this life to grow along with.
life is more a celebration of who we are and are choosing to become on our journey as eternal beings.
death is simply another stepping stone to step over on to another chapter from physical to non physical and then physical again.
so on and so forth….
